A little about me…
My name is Alexis (Lexi) Ryan and I am your child’s student teacher. First, let me say THANK YOU for allowing me to spend time with your very special student every day; the magnitude is not lost in having a hand in shaping who they may become in the future.
I found my passion working with children very early in life and have known that teaching is my life’s work even before I entered my high school career. There is something so humbling and awe-inspiring to work with the future today in my classroom. As John F. Kennedy said, “Children are the world’s most valuable resource and its best hope for the future.”
We are an outdoor family and spend as much time being as active as possible. We believe in seizing the moment to spend quality time together and make memories. We’re also a die-hard NDSU family. GO BISON!
I enjoy cooking and baking, football, painting, puzzles, and coffee. Lots of coffee. I am also an avid reader. My yearly total for 2020 was 34 books and my goal for 2021 is books!
I look forward to working with your student and your family this year!
